Project Document & Data Manager The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading U.S. based uranium company at the forefront of domestic nuclear fuel supply. Working in partnership with a major engineering contractor, the company is advancing development of a large-scale uranium conversion facility. This is an opportunity to support a project of strategic national importance that has already achieved key regulatory milestones and is now entering a critical phase of execution.The Role:
The Project Document & Data Manager will establish, implement, and own the document control and data management systems that underpin the entire project lifecycle. You will support all engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory documentation - ensuring everything is accurate, controlled, compliant, and audit-ready at every stage.Key Responsibilities:
Document Control Own and evolve the Document Management Plan, Master Document Register, and revision control systems Manage the full document lifecycle from creation through to archiving and distribution Data & Systems Administer Point as the EDMS, enforcing data standards, naming conventions, and workflows Lead data integrity, security, and digital handover to the EPC Contractor Project Interface Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and QA teams Interface with regulators and vendors, supporting audits and QA/QC compliance Compliance & Leadership Ensure adherence to contracts, regulatory frameworks, and controlled information requirements Build and lead the document control team, monitoring KPIs including turnaround time and review cycle efficiencyQualifications:
8-15+ years of document/data management experience on large EPC projects Background in regulated industries - nuclear, oil & gas, mining, or infrastructure Strong command of document control standards and ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001) Hands-on experience with EDMS platforms; Point proficiency essential Deep knowledge of engineering document workflows: IFR, IFA, IFC, As-Built Exceptional attention to detail and configuration control discipline Proven ability to manage high volumes of complex technical documentation Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Technical degree in Engineering, Information Management, Business, or related fieldSimilar remote jobs
