This position requires a strong understanding of construction documents, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to produce accurate drawings, submittals, and project documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Technical & Project Support Understand and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of customer-provided designs (e.g., privacy fences, security fences, custom ornamental gates). Use AutoCAD (Required) to generate shop drawings, prepare fabrication details, perform takeoffs, and mark site plans. Process project submittals (for residential and builder projects) and obtain required approvals based on information from sales reps and clients. Create, update, and maintain Field Packets, work orders, change requests, schedules of values, and other project documentation. Maintain accurate documents using our proprietary project management systems and Microsoft OneDrive. Sales & Contract Administration Assist Sales Representatives by gathering job packet information, including quotes, contracts, takeoffs, and marked plans. Review scopes of work for accuracy and ensure alignment with bids, quotes, and specifications. Assure proper administration of subcontractor contracts, including scopes, insurance requirements, and documentation standards. Enter project information, contract details, and change orders into our proprietary system or other internal systems. Locates, Environmental Compliance & Site Support Assist in processing site plans for 811 utility locate requests, and contact utility providers as needed. Monitor and document compliance with environmental and excavation requirements related to digging, land disturbance, and onsite activity. Communicate with field crews to relay critical site information, drawings, or changes. Communication & Coordination Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, clients, builders, general contractors, suppliers, and field crews. Coordinate with the Sales team, Project Managers, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Accounting to ensure a smooth and timely workflow. Follow up on missing items, approvals, and customer requests to maintain project progress.
