Job Description

Project Manager - Commercial Landscape & Irrigation Greenery Solutions LLC | Cypress/Houston, TX | Full-Time, In-Office About Us Greenery Solutions is a commercial landscape and irrigation contractor serving general contractors, developers, and property owners across the Greater Houston area. We deliver new-construction landscape and irrigation installs for industrial, retail, multifamily, and municipal projects. Position Summary The Project Manager is an office-based role responsible for keeping our commercial projects organized, on schedule, and on spec. You'll be the main point of contact for GC project managers and superintendents. You'll manage schedules, submittals, change orders, and plan revisions, and you'll make weekly site visits for quality control and coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Communicate and coordinate with GC project managers and superintendents. Prepare, submit, and track submittals through approval. Manage change orders from identification through pricing, approval, and billing. Track plan revisions and make sure field crews are working from current documents. Conduct on-site reviews and quality control, with occasional on-site management as needed. Track equipment location, usage, and availability across active projects. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Previous experience in commercial landscaping preferred; construction industry experience will also be considered. Able to work in the office five days per week, with weekly site visits. Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu or equivalent plan review software. College degree or equivalent experience. Texas Licensed Irrigator (TCEQ). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Schedule Flexible work schedule, in office five days per week. Most time is spent in the office, with weekly site visits.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
