Property Damage Restoration Services — Cypress / Greater Houston, TX Full-Time | $60,000-$100,000 Per Year $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS Property Damage Restoration Services is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team. For more than three decades, we have provided professional property damage restoration, mitigation, contents, and reconstruction services throughout Cypress and the Greater Houston area. We are looking for an experienced restoration professional who can take ownership of projects, lead field teams, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and manage projects from start to successful completion. This is not an entry-level position.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or insurance restoration experience required 5+ years of Xactimate experience strongly preferred Must have a thorough understanding of restoration and reconstruction estimating Must understand Xactimate line items, pricing, labor, materials, equipment, and estimating procedures Ability to prepare, review, revise, and manage detailed Xactimate estimates Must understand scopes of work, supplements, change orders, job costing, and project profitability Experience working with insurance-related property losses Experience managing technicians, subcontractors, and multiple active projects Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT , are a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage restoration projects from initial assignment through completion Coordinate water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, sewage remediation, contents, and reconstruction projects Perform and oversee job-site inspections Develop and manage project scopes and schedules Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and vendors Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, agents, and other project stakeholders Prepare, review, and manage Xactimate estimates Identify missing scope and necessary estimate revisions Maintain accurate job documentation, photographs, moisture records, notes, authorizations, and supporting documentation Monitor labor, materials, equipment usage, job costs, and profitability Conduct quality-control inspections Ensure OSHA and company safety procedures are followed Lead, coach, and hold field personnel accountable for performance and quality
SCHEDULE & ON-CALL
Because property damage can occur at any time, this position requires participation in our after-hours emergency on-call rotation . Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required when emergency losses or active projects require management attention.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to perform field inspections, climb ladders and stairs, enter attics or crawl spaces when necessary, wear required PPE, and regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
