Senior Project Manager - TxDOT A fast-growing Texas infrastructure contractor is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This company has scaled quickly, building a strong book of TxDOT highway and bridge work and they need a proven PM ready to take on real ownership of large-scale projects, not just support work. What you'll be doing: Manage concurrent TxDOT highway projects, averaging around $100M each Own budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination end to end Mentor and provide oversight to less experienced project staff Work directly with engineers, TxDOT reps, and subcontractors to keep projects compliant and on track What we're looking for: Strong TxDOT highway/bridge background (the ability to do the work) Minimum 5 years experience in the PM scope Comfortable managing large projects at once Core leadership skills Clear communication

Compensation:

Dependent on experience, with flexibility for candidates with heavier TxDOT experience. Annual bonus up to 10%, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and ESOP.
