Senior Project/Program Mgmt

Overall Purpose:

Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: •

End-to-End Project Management:

Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. •

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. •

Stakeholder and Vendor Communication:

Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. •

Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution:

Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks. • Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.

Job Contribution:

An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Our Senior Project/Program Mgmt earns between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual.
