Job Description

Burrow Global is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience working in an EPC environment. The ideal candidate will manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Previous experience working as a project administrator supporting Engineering Design projects. Participating in meetings and generating minutes of meetings Set up meetings using Teams Order lunch for client meetings Preparation of multiple status reports weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly. Assist with getting weekly schedule updates and help ensure deadlines are met. Maintain all communication and tracking tools, e.g. Action Items, Requests for Information, Decisions, Deviation Notices, and Change Orders Can act as a point of contact as necessary for Clients, Vendors, Contractors and Burrow Global Employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in document Microsoft Office. Advanced MS Excel and Word experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is preferred Support multiple projects at once
Education and Experience:
Associates degree is preferred.
