Role Description:
The Senior Project Manager leads the successful delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including high-voltage substations and power systems. This role oversees projects from award through closeout, managing project execution, estimating, financial performance, client relationships, and project teams while ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of large electrical infrastructure projects from award through closeout
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, procurement, and risk strategies
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Lead client meetings, contract negotiations, and project reviews
  • Manage change orders, contract administration, and claims
  • Mentor Project Managers and support team development
  • Lead estimating for major electrical construction bids
  • Review proposals and support bid strategy
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction or power infrastructure
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
  • Experience leading estimating for large electrical construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP certification required
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and substations
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
