What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and utility infrastructure projects
Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from project award through fabrication, shipment, and closeout
Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful execution
Monitor schedules, manufacturing capacity, and delivery commitments while balancing customer requirements and business objectives
Apply commercial awareness to support pricing discussions, forecasting, order prioritization, and customer growth opportunities
Identify project risks early and drive resolution before impacting customers or production schedules
Provide customers with visibility on production status, lead times, shipments, and key milestones
Develop a strong understanding of market conditions, customer buying behaviors, and competitive dynamics
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and projects from order receipt through final delivery
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, forecasting, customer demand, and margin considerations
Exposure to fabrication scheduling, manufacturing planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations preferred
Experience with anchor bolts, anchor cages, threaded products, structural steel foundation systems, utility hardware, or related products preferred
Your Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
