Job Description
ElectriCom is seeking a Regional Operations Administrator to support construction operations across power, telecom, and broadband projects. This role coordinates schedules, work orders, and regional resources, ensuring accurate documentation, cost tracking, and safety reporting. You will collaborate with field crews, project managers, and clients to keep projects on time and compliant. Responsibilities include maintaining project data, preparing reports, supporting subcontractor documentation, and standardizing processes. This position offers growth alongside essential infrastructure work in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. Responsibilities Coordinate regional construction schedules, resource allocation, and crew assignments across multiple utility projects Support project managers with documentation, work orders, purchase orders, and job cost tracking Monitor progress, quality, and safety reporting from field teams; escalate issues and help resolve obstacles Maintain accurate data in project, fleet, and asset management systems for regional operations Assist with subcontractor onboarding, compliance documents, and contract administration Prepare regional reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review Facilitate communication between field crews, supervisors, clients, and internal departments Help implement and standardize operational processes, SOPs, and safety practices across the region Track materials, equipment utilization, and inventory to support job readiness and cost control Support hiring, onboarding, and training coordination for regional field and operations staff Required Skills Construction project coordination Scheduling and resource planning Project documentation management Job cost tracking and basic budgeting MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Data entry and reporting Safety and compliance documentation Contract and subcontract administration support Communication and stakeholder coordination
