Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager - Commercial Interiors We are partnering with a growing commercial interiors contractor specializing in corporate build-outs and tenant improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or continue a career in construction project management within a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What We're Looking For Experience in construction, project coordination, or supporting project managers (Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles preferred) Exposure to commercial interior construction such as drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, glass, or millwork is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven follow-through and accountability—someone who executes and finishes what they start Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to read construction drawings and understand jobsite workflows (or willingness to learn quickly) Highly organized with the ability to track schedules, materials, and project progress Preferred Background Former athletes or individuals from competitive, team-based environments Candidates who earned or pursued athletic scholarships or have a history of high-level performance Experience supporting or managing commercial construction or interior build-out projects Background in fast-moving environments requiring urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, or construction platforms What You'll Be Doing Support and/or manage commercial interior projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule Track job progress, materials, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met Assist in identifying and resolving jobsite issues in real time Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and partners Help deliver high-quality finished spaces in active, fast-paced environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with bonus potential Comprehensive health benefits Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays Clear path for career growth and advancement Why This Role This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment .
