Construction Project Coordinator Forney, TX | Full-Time | On-Site $70,000 - $75,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Build Projects That Make an Impact Are you the type of person who loves keeping projects organized, solving problems before they become issues, and making sure every detail is accounted for? Our client is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This position plays a vital role in ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and moving efficiently while working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners. What You'll Be Doing Partner with Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial construction 3projects. Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries. Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documents. Maintain organized project files while tracking budgets and project costs. Review invoices, payment applications, and lien waivers. Track long-lead materials and proactively communicate potential delays. Coordinate permitting and jurisdictional requirements. Schedule meetings between project teams, architects, owners, and subcontractors. Assist with project reporting and status updates. Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations. Help ensure projects remain compliant with company safety standards and procedures. Utilize Microsoft Project and other software to monitor schedules and project progress. Assist with project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 2-5 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects. Understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software preferred. Procore experience is highly preferred. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications is a plus. Experience with project budgeting and cost tracking is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
