The HP Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and professional Project Manager to oversee all custodial and facility service operations at a secure federal facility. The Project Manager is responsible for overall contract performance, workforce management, customer relations, and ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with contract requirements and federal standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a large workforce while serving as a positive representation of the company to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the custodial and facility services contract
- Manage and lead a large workforce including supervisors, quality control personnel, and janitorial staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives and facility leadership
- Ensure all contract requirements and performance standards are met or exceeded
- Develop staffing plans, schedules, and operational strategies
- Monitor labor hours, productivity, and overall contract performance
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Address and resolve personnel issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and security requirements
- Review reports, inspections, and quality control documentation
- Participate in contract meetings and provide performance updates
- Represent The HP Group, Inc. in a professional manner at all times Qualifications
- 2 years documented custodial service contract management , including team management and workflow scheduling
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a large workforce
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be a people person with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to use computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Ability to work in a secure federal facility environment Security Requirements This position is located within a secure federal facility. All employees must meet the following requirements:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully pass an in depth federal background investigation
- Complete fingerprinting and any required security screening
- Maintain eligibility to work on a federal contract Failure to meet or maintain security requirements may result in removal from the contract. Work Environment

- May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends based on contract needs
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
