KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required Strong Proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel Strong Proficiency with Retail Operations across sales, merchandising, training and GTM execution Ability to Project Manage highly desired Need to be able to be successful in an extremely fast paced environment Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end to end planning Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skills Top skills: Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skills Strong Proficiency in Power Point, Word, and Excel
