This role coordinates engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Project Manager serves as the primary internal coordinator throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from order handoff through manufacturing and shipment Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams Communicate project status with internal customers and stakeholders Track project costs and support change order management Identify risks and resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet contractual requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred 3-7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment Experience coordinating engineering and production activities Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) Preferred Experience Capital equipment or engineered-to-order manufacturing Mechanical or industrial systems Customer-facing project coordination What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to work on large custom equipment projects
