Job Description Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasting. Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor communications. Review contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation. Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor buyout processes. Monitor project costs and ensure financial objectives are achieved. Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing project impacts. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting. Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts. Support field teams to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are met. Foster strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Retail / Tilt Wall should have: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to manage project financials and drive successful outcomes. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. What's on Offer Annual salary between $119,600 and $136,400 USD. Competitive bonus structure.
