Full Job Description Overview:
Polk Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution and field operations Manage schedules, budgets, and job costs Conduct planning meetings and coordinate stakeholders Monitor project progress and resolve issues Manage subcontractors and equipment procurement Process change orders and scope adjustments Perform jobsite inspections and ensure quality control Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of construction project management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to interpret plans and contracts Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job cost systems Strong problem-solving abilities
