Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to support the AI Server Repair Team with a client in Grapevine. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project execution-ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Planning Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Define project scope, goals, and resource requirements in coordination with cross-functional teams. Align schedules with production, engineering, and leadership to meet output and quality goals. Team Coordination Collaborate with departments including Technicians, Engineering, IT, Warehouse, and Operations. Act as the central point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all teams. Workflow Optimization Evaluate and enhance repair, testing, and quality control processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and efficiency. Budget & Cost Control Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Provide regular financial updates to leadership. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to understand needs and deliver timely updates. Manage daily/weekly communications, change requests, and reporting. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Risk & Quality Management Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure repairs comply with quality standards and industry certifications. Oversee the testing process to guarantee client satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation Track key performance metrics and project milestones. Maintain clear documentation of workflows, decisions, and outcomes. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and reviews (weekly and quarterly). Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of project/program management experience in electronics repair, manufacturing, or a service-based environment. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. In-depth understanding of electronic repair processes (diagnostics, debug, testing). Key Skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Effective communicator across all levels of an organization. Additional Requirements Experience managing complex projects under tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in electronics repair environments. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus. Able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight.
