Job Description

- WSP is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join their Project Controls team. This individual can sit in our WSP locations in either Texas, Utah, Tennessee, or Nevada.
- Your Impact
- + Build and maintain program/project schedules; monitor contractor and consultant schedules, identifying cost and scheduling issues and recommending resolutions to the Program Manager.
- Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. + 7+ years of experience in cost controls and scheduling on large-scale capital projects. + Strong working knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management practices. +PMIS/Scheduling:
Experience with PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. + Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting concepts sufficient to collaborate with reporting/BI teams and ensure accurate data integration. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate cost and schedule data into clear updates for project teams and stakeholders.WSP Benefits:

Expected Salary (all locations): $130,000-159,000/yr WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
