Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of SAP systems, and expertise in project management methodologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, analysts, and external vendors.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.

Monitor project progress and provide status updates, reports, and risk assessments to senior management.

Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system deployment activities.

Manage change control processes and ensure project documentation is maintained.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

Support post-go-live activities, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
