Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking a Coordinator II Project Support professional, in Hubbard, TX, to provide administrative and operational support to Project Management teams on large-scale industrial construction projects. This position plays a critical role in supporting project execution through document management, reporting, coordination of project activities, and communication between field and office personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the Project Manager and project leadership team. Assist with the preparation, distribution, and tracking of project correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs. Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project files. Support project planning and execution by tracking deliverables, schedules, milestones, and project commitments. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, logs, dashboards, and reports to support project performance monitoring. Assist with compiling and distributing weekly and monthly project reports. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and project events, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting documentation. Track project staffing changes, onboarding requirements, and personnel records as needed. Assist with material tracking, procurement documentation, and vendor communications. Support project cost tracking efforts by maintaining records and assisting with data collection and reporting. Coordinate document flow between project management, engineering, field supervision, subcontractors, clients, and corporate departments. Assist in the preparation and organization of project closeout documentation and turnover packages. Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with company procedures. Identify administrative process improvements and assist in implementing efficiencies within project operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project, financial, and personnel information. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred. 2-5 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, construction administration, or a related field. Experience supporting industrial, energy, power, heavy civil, or construction projects preferred. Strong knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management, document control, ERP, or construction management software is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with project teams. Work Environment Primarily site-based, working from a project field office. May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and active industrial construction environments. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as required by project schedules and business needs. Must be able to maintain a professional presence and effectively interact with employees, clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
