This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee large-scale infrastructure developments, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction activities effectively Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or Civil 3D for project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on safety and excellence Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance standards Skilled in reading blueprints and construction plans accurately for project coordination Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role Deep understanding of construction regulations and safety standards applicable to large-scale projects Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with stakeholders at all levels Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments Join us as a Project Manager if you're ready to lead innovative construction projects that make a difference!
