Residential Project Manager Blue Diamond Design & Build, Inc. - Round Rock, TX About Us Blue Diamond Design & Build is a growing design-build general contractor specializing in high-end residential remodels, additions, custom homes, and specialty construction projects throughout the Greater Austin area. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and delivering projects on time and within budget. We are looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and passionate about leading successful construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential remodeling and custom home projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and suppliers. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. Monitor project budgets and job costs while maintaining profitability. Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget. Conduct regular jobsite visits and quality control inspections. Ensure projects meet Blue Diamond quality standards and applicable building codes. Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project progress, schedules, and changes. Process RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Work closely with estimating, design, accounting, and field teams. Maintain Buildertrend and other company software with accurate project information. Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential construction project management experience Experience managing remodeling, additions, and custom home projects. Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience managing project budgets and subcontractors. Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is preferred. Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
