Business Readiness & Platform MigrationLocation:

IRVING, Texas (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support business readiness activities for a large-scale platform migration initiative. This individual will partner closely with senior product/program leadership, business stakeholders, and change teams to ensure the organization is prepared for a successful migration and adoption of the new platform. The Project Manager will own day-to-day readiness planning and execution across multiple business functions. This role requires someone who can operate in a complex environment, translate strategic decisions into actionable work plans, manage competing priorities, and effectively engage senior stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business readiness planning and execution for a large-scale platform migration.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables.

Coordinate readiness activities across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.

Identify and track operational, process, policy, and organizational dependencies.

Translate decisions from senior product and program leadership into actionable work plans.

Monitor progress and drive stakeholders toward critical deadlines.

Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies and help drive them to resolution.

Partner closely with business, product, program, and change teams.

Communicate project status and key issues effectively to senior leadership.

Help ensure the business is prepared for migration and successful adoption of the new platform.

Required Qualifications7+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Experience supporting complex, large-scale programs or transformation initiatives.

Strong project planning, execution, dependency management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with senior-level stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with a major consulting firm.

Previous platform migration or business readiness experience.

Financial services industry experience.

Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.

Previous experience with large financial institutions.
