All Candidates must be prepared to provided a detailed project list of commercial and multifamily roles over $400-500K total project billing. The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of commercial projects. This individual oversees budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, billing, change orders, and customer relations. A highly organized construction professional who understands both the technical and business aspects of commercial flooring construction and can consistently deliver profitable projects while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Commercial Flooring Project Manager Responsibilities Manage projects from turnover through closeout. Review plans, specifications, and contracts. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Manage budgets, profitability, labor productivity, and forecasting. Prepare and negotiate change orders. Manage RFIs, ASIs, and revised drawings. Coordinate procurement and deliveries. Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen. Maintain relationships with GCs, Owners, Architects, and Consultants. Commercial Flooring Project Manager Required Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience. 3+ years managing commercial flooring projects. Strong understanding of commercial construction practices. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of TCNA standards and ANSI installation requirements. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project. Commercial Flooring Project Manager Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 plus applicable bonus. Performance bonus program - all in comp package have been $200K+ Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid vacation and holidays. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle.
