Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced hands on Commercial Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape and irrigation projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing client relationships, monitoring project performance, and ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Candidates must have Project Management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Manage commercial landscape and irrigation projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field crews Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders Review project plans, scopes of work, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders Monitor project budgets, production, labor, materials, and overall profitability Ensure materials and services are delivered according to the project schedule Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management Identify potential delays, conflicts, or cost impacts and develop appropriate solutions Prepare and manage project documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and related records Monitor material inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed Conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, safety, and contract compliance Assist with project closeout, punch-list completion, and final documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in Project Management High school diploma or equivalent Current and valid driver's license Acceptable driving record in accordance with company insurance requirements Strong communication and customer-service skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to read plans, understand scopes of work, and manage project documentation Ability to track budgets, quantities, labor, materials, and project costs Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred (but not required) Qualifications Previous experience managing commercial landscape or irrigation projects Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape installation, construction sequencing, and project closeout Bilingual is a plus Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Schedule Monday through Friday Eight- to ten-hour shifts Extended hours or twelve-hour shifts may occasionally be required Weekends as needed Employment is contingent upon meeting the company's driving and insurance requirements.
