Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Project Manager - Roofing Sales to join our growing team. This role combines sales, client management, and project oversight. You will be responsible for generating new business, guiding customers through the roofing process, and ensuring projects are completed successfully from start to finish. This is a commission-based position ideal for self-motivated individuals who want unlimited earning potential and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts Conduct roof inspections and assess storm damage Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims, and project timelines Assist clients with insurance claim processes when applicable Prepare and present estimates and close sales Manage roofing projects from contract signing through completion Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service Track progress, update clients, and ensure satisfaction upon project completion Qualifications Previous experience in roofing, construction, or sales is preferred (not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Comfortable working outdoors and in a field-based role Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commission structure (top performers earn $80K-$150K+) Bonuses and performance incentives available Flexible schedule and autonomy Training and mentorship provided High Commission rate based on experience Schedule Flexible; based on customer availability and project needs Why Join Us?
