Job Description Clerkship Coordinator Amarillo 46196BR Position Description This Position is Open to TTUHSC Employees Only The Clerkship Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Clinical Department Clerkship. The Clerkship Coordinator ensures proper organization and monitoring of medical student activities, as well as ensuring compliance with LCME regulation. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Major/Essential Functions Works closely with the student clerkship office in Amarillo and Lubbock to create schedules for the students' rotations and lectures. Ensures all medical students receive mandatory requirements. Works with the Clerkship Director to ensure evaluations and tests are completed on time and grades are entered. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.
