Job Description Lead all phases of project delivery from mobilization through final closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, manpower planning, and overall financial performance. Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope management. Drive risk management initiatives while maintaining schedule, quality, safety, and profitability objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders. Mentor and develop project team members while supporting long-term operational and strategic objectives. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects. Demonstrated success leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and aggressive schedules. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration. Proven experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. Experience with construction management platforms, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities. Data center construction experience is highly preferred. OSHA knowledge and a proven commitment to safety leadership.
