Job Description
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a project management environment. Job Summary Oversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success. Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues. Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions. Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries. Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution. Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes. Nature and Scope Problems are typically difficult and/or high impact. Troubleshoots complex support or operational problems for junior level associates. Under limited supervision, independently resolves issues and applies a variety of methods to develop customized solutions. May lead the daily operations of a department or team. Work typically involves infrequent review of output by a supervisor or direct customers of the process. Assists with supervisory duties but does not have hiring/firing authority. Trains, delegates tasks, and reviews the work of junior level associates. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds). Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas. Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
