Full-time Job Summary T&T Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead assigned construction projects from handoff through closeout. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in project execution, customer communication, change management, documentation oversight, scheduling coordination, and overall project success. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional under pressure, and experienced in managing multiple projects at once. This individual will work closely with customers, field leadership, vendors, and internal team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects from project handoff through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on day-to-day project matters
  • Maintain regular communication with the General Manager regarding project status, customer concerns, scheduling issues, and risk items
  • Coordinate with the General Superintendent, Superintendents, estimators, vendors, and office staff to support successful project execution
  • Oversee project documentation, change orders, billing support, submittals, startup documents, and closeout requirements
  • Review project logs, field reporting, and related documentation to monitor progress, scope changes, manpower, and job activity
  • Identify project risks and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate scheduling needs with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Oversee permitting and required project documentation as needed
  • Lead or support project handoff and coordination meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to field leadership and other team members as needed
  • Address safety concerns promptly and communicate with the appropriate personnel
  • Help maintain strong customer relationships and support additional business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, jobsite interactions, and industry events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, terminology, and project coordination
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to identify issues early and drive resolution effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Preferred Background
  • Experience in civil, concrete, commercial, or light industrial construction strongly preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Business, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent field experience may be considered in place of a degree What We're Looking For
