Project Coordinator

Job Summary Project Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support daily project operations. This position assists with scheduling, tracking project progress, coordinating with vendors/customers, and maintaining project documentation to help ensure projects stay on schedule. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating active projects from start to finish Track schedules, material status, and project updates Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Maintain organized project files and documentation Support Project Managers with daily administrative tasks Update spreadsheets and project tracking systems Qualifications Minimum 1 year of related experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Detail-oriented and dependable Preferred Experience in construction, signage, manufacturing, or operations is a plus Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Pay based on experience.
