In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of sensitive employee data privacy issues while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards such as GDPR, DSAR, and DPIA.

Plano, Texas job type: Contract salary: $46.66 - 56.66 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead cross-functional project teams in executing data privacy remediation plans and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project and operational risks across all workstreams.

Drive operational governance, status tracking, and reporting for key program milestones.

Ensure full alignment with regulatory standards including GDPR, Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
qualifications:
15+ years of proven leadership experience in Project and Program Management. Expert-level expertise in Risk Management (6+ years required). Demonstrated experience leading remediation projects governed by GDPR, DSAR, and DPIA regulations. Ability to work in-office out of Plano, TX or New York, NY.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience handling sensitive employee data within large enterprise environments. Strong background in financial services or enterprise technology management.
