Job Description The Senior Project Manager will report to Executive Leadership and be responsible for leading all phases of a large-scale data center project from mobilization through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, financial performance, and overall project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout activities Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyouts, and scope management Drive schedule performance while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks Maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, design teams, and trade partners Mentor and develop project management staff while helping build a high-performing project team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
