Job Description The Senior Project Manager will report to Executive Leadership and be responsible for leading all phases of a large-scale data center project from mobilization through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, financial performance, and overall project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout activities Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyouts, and scope management Drive schedule performance while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks Maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, design teams, and trade partners Mentor and develop project management staff while helping build a high-performing project team MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Project Manager , we are seeking: 10+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction experience Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Experience leading project teams and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration Experience working with owners, consultants, and subcontractors on complex projects Data center experience strongly preferred but not required Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills OSHA knowledge with a safety-first mindset What's on Offer Annual performance bonus opportunities paid twice a year 100% employer-paid medical insurance Opportunity to join a multi-year Dallas project with substantial backlog behind it Training and onboarding at company headquarters before project start Long-term career growth with a company known for promoting from within Truck Allowance 401k with matching 3-weeks Paid Time Off Apply today to have your resume considered - and if applicable - contacted within 48 hours!
