Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure to lead complex projects across commercial real estate assets. You will plan and deliver resilient, mission-critical upgrades and fit-outs for data centers, building systems, and essential facilities. Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk; coordinating consultants, contractors, and vendors; and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. You will work closely with high-profile clients, leveraging JLL's global expertise, technology tools, and performance-driven culture to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes and support a more sustainable built environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of critical infrastructure projects across commercial real estate assets. Develop and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contractors to meet technical and operational requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance. Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to clients and senior stakeholders. Ensure alignment with JLL sustainability, safety, and performance standards. Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders. Support continuous improvement, innovation, and use of technology-enabled project tools.
