This role demands a high level of expertise in project management methodologies, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the construction industry, particularly in precast concrete processes. Responsibilities Develop and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Establish project timelines, milestones, and budgets in accordance with company goals and market dynamics. Coordinate and manage the project team, resources, equipment, and information. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain safety standards. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status and progress of projects. Liaise with clients to maintain communication and ensure satisfaction. Required Skills Strong leadership and human resources management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
