Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex building initiatives, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As a key driver of project success, you will leverage your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and technical design to deliver outstanding results across various construction environments. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases align with project goals and client expectations Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify scope accuracy and compliance with design specifications Manage project budgets by performing detailed construction estimating and cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable tools Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met while maintaining productivity and quality control Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other industry-leading software for document management, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and field reporting Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, resources, and communication among all stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes Hands-on experience with construction site activities, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil engineering drawings (Civil 3D) Familiarity with heavy civil or commercial construction projects is highly desirable Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools Strong understanding of project management principles including scope development, risk management, quality assurance, and safety compliance Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for clear coordination across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Join us as a Landscape Project Manager if you're passionate about leading impactful projects that shape communities! $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
