Full-time On-Site Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion for a growing architecture firm in East Texas. This role will manage construction documents, project schedules, permitting, bidding, construction administration, client communication, and contractor coordination while working closely with project staff and drafters. Key Responsibilities Manage architectural projects from concept through construction Produce and manage detailed construction documents using AutoCAD Coordinate and review work completed by assistant project managers and drafters Lead projects through permitting and bidding Coordinate with city officials and other project stakeholders Support construction administration, including RFIs and field issues Communicate directly with clients and manage expectations Track project schedules and basic budgets Supervise or mentor drafters and assistant project managers as needed Support client development and business growth initiatives Qualifications & Requirements Associate's degree in Architecture or related field Professional experience working in an architecture firm 3 5 years of AutoCAD experience Ability to independently produce complete construction document sets Architectural Project Management experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional degree in Architecture or related field preferred Architecture licensure or progress toward licensure preferred Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred Interest in client development and business growth preferred
