Physician Support Services Schedule:
Day Shift | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p What You Will Do Drive Project Momentum by attending key meetings with operational leaders to document action items and ensure strategic projects remain on schedule and within scope. Orchestrate Organized Project Workflows by maintaining clear documentation and structured timelines, providing a consistent approach to departmental initiatives. Execute Data-Driven Insights by generating and analyzing project-specific data as requested by leadership to support informed decision-making. Direct Monthly Performance Reporting by synthesizing project metrics into comprehensive monthly reports for executive review. Facilitate High-Level Coordination by serving as the primary administrative thread between leadership teams to keep cross-functional tasks moving toward completion. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) or Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for advanced data tracking and professional presentations
