Concourse is currently pursuing an opportunity to support the Doris Miller VA Medical Center as part of an initiative led by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to expand services for Veterans. Positions are contingent upon contract award. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
The Project Manager shall possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction project management experience subject to Government review and approval.
Professional Experience:
The Project Manager shall have a minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity, preferably in healthcare or similarly regulated environments. The Project Manager shall have demonstrated experience in project delivery, including schedule management, cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of construction contract administration. The Project Manager shall have successfully served in a project management role on at least three (3) projects of similar scale and complexity. Professional credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Registered Architect (RA), where applicable, are highly desirable. General Requirements Applicable to PM and CM Personnel Work experience and completed projects shall be identified in the credentials of each proposed individual to demonstrate competency to undertake the full scope of services required under this solicitation. All services provided by support staff shall meet or exceed applicable professional practice standards and performance measures, including, at a minimum, The Joint Commission (TJC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and VA policies and design standards located on the VA Technical Information Library (TIL).

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
