We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Data Center project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($50+ million) from inception to completion on Mega Data Center Projects in Texas. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!
About You:
KNOWLEDGEABLE
: Project Management experience within Data Centers required.
EXPERIENCED
Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous experience in construction project management required
A LEADER
Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
A COMMUNICATOR
Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
ADAPTABLE
Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
FLEXIBLE
Location will be onsite in Waco, TX.
What You'll Do:
PLAN & PREPARE
Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end
PRIORITIZE
Control project from pre-construction to commissioning
LEAD:
Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
PERFORM:
Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
SERVICE:
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
