We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee remodeling projects from start to finish while supporting select new home construction projects. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and additions. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Schedule inspections, deliveries, and project milestones. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet ENG Developers' quality standards. Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Communicate with homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the project. Review plans, specifications, and change orders. Assist with project management for new home construction as needed. Maintain project documentation, budgets, and daily progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing residential remodeling projects. Experience with new home construction is preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with subcontractors and maintaining project schedules. Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar) is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
