We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team at CLS Health. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and healthcare-related projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to support various projects across
OBL, GLP, RPM/CCM, PET
SCAN, and Infusion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate order processing across multiple ancillary service lines Maintain accurate records and tracking for all ancillary orders Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives Serve as a point of contact for providers and internal teams Assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation
Requirements:
Healthcare experience preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience with AI workflow tools and automation Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines
