Tri-Sen products are trusted worldwide for their efficiency and reliability in critical industrial processes. Role Description Tri-Sen Systems Corporation is seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the execution of control system projects for global clients in the process industries. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and understands how to balance schedule, cost, and customer expectations. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead execution of projects from kickoff through delivery and commissioning
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and commercial performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production)
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and change orders
  • Develop quotations for project change orders
  • Ensure alignment with contractual, technical, and customer requirements
  • Provide clear and consistent project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process industries is preferred
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of project financials and cost control
