Flexible with Per Diem $$ We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead major mission-critical data center construction projects in West Texas. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction experience, including significant experience working for a General Contractor and delivering large-scale data center projects from planning through completion. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire job site, onsite project team, contractors, schedule, budget, and overall project execution. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills are critical, as this individual will oversee teams of 40-50+ personnel and work closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead overall construction execution for large-scale mission-critical data center projects. Oversee onsite project teams of 40-50+ personnel. Manage project schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety. Coordinate GC operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Provide senior-level leadership throughout planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Manage project risks, changes, schedule impacts, and critical issues. Serve as a key point of contact for the owner and project stakeholders. Lead meetings, reporting, forecasting, and overall project strategy. Qualifications 15+ years of construction experience. Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar senior leadership role. Proven experience delivering large-scale data center / mission-critical projects. Strong General Contractor (GC) background. Experience managing large onsite teams of 40-50+ personnel. Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with 15 MW-210 MW data center projects is highly preferred. Ability to work onsite in West Texas for the duration of the project.
