Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and maintain relationships with all potential and current customers Fill out and file all documentations from all sales correctly. Fill out invoice in QB for all trailer sales. Use Podium for contacting customers and customer transactions. Make sure the Customer gets a copy of all the documents. Answer calls or call back customers that you have missed due to being busy Respond to emails/ leads that come in. Respond to text and Facebook messages and any other messages that are addressed to Regal Trailer Sales. Forward any calls and messages that are regarding warranty to the warranty manager Walk customers through the product and answer any questions they might have. Tell the customers about the warranty that comes with their product and give them a copy of it as well. Help all and any customer with Financing needs that they might have, By sending them the link, or help them fill it out on site. Help customers hook on to their trailers Regularly go over trailers in inventory and make suggestions for trailers that are ordered and make changes to them if they are sold. Have a great idea of what is all in or coming regarding trailers Send out quotes and give timelines to the customers Contact the manufacturer if you don't have a lead time on a trailer or need a quote Keep everything organized and in its place. Help out where it is needed

Benefits:

• Weekly Salary of $1,000

•

Monthly Commission:

Realistic monthly commission of $2,000. This could be more or less based on sales performance.

• Great hours! Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sat 9:00am to 12:00pm
