Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects across various departments. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire project management lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering collaboration, managing resources, and implementing best practices to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects using established project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria clearly. Manage project scope changes through effective scope management and negotiation with stakeholders. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting. Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively address potential issues impacting project delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation while maintaining quality standards. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and business process modeling. Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques; report on key metrics including cost control and schedule adherence. Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Skills Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership capabilities. Expertise in change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) alongside Waterfall methodologies for flexible project execution. Strong program development skills including program design, portfolio management, and requirements analysis. Proficiency with project management software such as Trello, Confluence, Workday, Primavera P6, Basecamp, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Redmine, and PPM tools like VersionOne or Project Server. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences; technical writing experience is a plus. Data analysis skills including data collection and vendor management to inform decision-making processes. Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects along with ERP systems and content management systems is advantageous.
