What You'll Do Manage website and digital projects from kickoff through launch, keeping timelines, tasks, and deliverables on track. Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, developers, and internal team members. Organize project details, revisions, approvals, and priorities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Identify roadblocks early, communicate solutions, and keep projects moving forward. Keep project management systems and client updates organized and current. Help ensure each project is completed efficiently and delivers a strong client experience. What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both clients and internal teams. High energy, motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and find solutions quickly. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Web Design, UI/UX, Shopify, SEO, and AI tools . Comfortable understanding both the creative and technical sides of website projects. Experience with project management tools and digital workflows.
