Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Your expertise will drive collaboration among teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about construction management and project coordination to make a tangible impact on complex projects. Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards. Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or other construction management software to track progress and deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project scope is accurately understood and implemented. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations with HeavyBid or similar software, and subcontractor negotiations. Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Monitor project budgets and timelines rigorously; implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track. Utilize technical skills such as Civil 3D for site design review or schematics interpretation to support project planning. Skills Proven experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contracts management. Skilled in project scheduling, project management methodologies, and construction site coordination. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with civil engineering concepts using Civil 3D or equivalent tools. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Hands-on experience in construction site operations and safety compliance.
