Construction Project Manager Tekko Enterprises, Inc. is a locally owned General Contractor based in Tooele, Utah, specializing in Industrial, Commercial, municipal, mining, and tilt-up construction projects. We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship, safety excellence, and professional integrity across every project. Our team works on some of the region's most demanding construction jobs — serving both private and public sector clients. Position Summary We are seeking an Industrial and Commercial Construction Project Manager with proven experience in contracts and complex, multi-phase construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution — from pre-construction through completion — ensuring that quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded. This position reports directly to the General Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage industrial, commercial, and government-funded projects from planning through closeout. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders. Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance on all job sites. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Support accounting and project teams with accurate forecasting, billing, and cost reporting. Lead by example — promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct across all levels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial and/or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sage (training available) Proven ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and contract requirements.
